This pair of Jordan 1 Low SE sneakers pays homage to the legendary Air Jordan 11 Concord in its use of colors and textures. It has a smart upper with a white leather base that covers the midfoot sections, toe box and tongue. Atop this, glossy black patent leather adds a touch of elegance through the forefoot and rear overlays. This dark shiny material also makes up the eyestay and extends around the collar before appearing one last time in the form of the swooshes that lay across each sidewall. A triangular line of stitching cuts back across the midfoot panel and the swoosh, while another line runs just above it from under the eyestay along a thin band of white leather that moves up around the back of the foot just above the tail end of the swoosh.

Branding details show up elsewhere on this model, with a set of Air Jordan Wings on the heel panel. Its white hue stands out powerfully against the black surface behind it, creating a stunning look from the back. Meanwhile, the puffy white tongue has black material skirting its top edge and a Jumpman logo sewn into it in black. White laces criss-cross over the top of this feature down towards the front of the shoe, where lines of perforations can be seen in the toe box. These bring aeration to the foot, while the rubber sole unit provides further comfort through its soft cushioned midsole.

Underfoot, the exterior of the white midsole has a textured finish, and the outsole comes in translucent blue tones. It contains circular grip formations under the forefoot and block shapes under the heel for high levels of quality traction. The final detail to reference the earlier Concord design comes on the black insoles in the form of deep purple lettering. If the shoe is turned on its heel, the chunky flattened letters make the word “Jumpman” – a testament both to the legendary player and Jordan Brand.
