Jordan 1 Retro High OG

This Jordan 1 Retro High OG was made to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Air Jordan 3. As such, it contains a retro color palette taken from a classic AJ3 colorway. Other than this, everything about the sneaker matches the construction of the Air Jordan 1, beginning with the rubber sole unit. Cement Grey covers the outsole, whose underside features both straight and circular grip patterns for excellent traction. Meanwhile, the midsole comes in white, its interior filled with a combination of foam and Air cushioning for supreme comfort.

Up top, the sneaker has been built using segments of premium leather. Those in the midfoot and toe box are white, as is the collar, and more Cement Grey can be seen over the heel counter and collar wrap. The lateral side of this last feature has a pair of Air Jordan Wings set into it in the third tone to be found on the sneaker – True Blue. This hue returns on the forefoot overlays, the eyestay and the laces, where it contrasts perfectly against the white of the canvas tongue.

Inside the shoe, the lining has also been decorated in this classy blue, before the insole switches back to white. Printed onto the sockliner is True Blue Nike Air branding, the text facing in opposing directions on each foot. Back on the outer, more Nike Air lettering is visible, this time in white on the True Blue tongue label. This heritage color shows up one last time on the swooshes that adorn the sidewalls, thus completing its captivating throwback look.
