Jordan 4 Retro

This refined Jordan 4 Retro has a series of earthy tones that contrast perfectly with its black accents to create a captivating design. A great example of this appears on its rubber outsole, which has a bold black rear section, an off-white tone known as Pale Ivory through the midfoot and forefoot, and a Fossil-colored toe cap. This last piece is lined with embossed stars, while the other two have herringbone grip patterns facing in a range of different directions for all-round traction. Another black section with a similar tread stands out below the forefoot, and a smooth piece of Fossil rubber resides under the arch of the foot, its center punctuated by a black Jumpman. The midsole has a similar color scheme, beginning with the Pale Ivory hump on the lateral side, which curves round to encompass the toe as well. The rest of the feature is divided into two layers: an upper one in black and a lower one in Fossil with visible Air cushioning providing high levels of comfort in the heel.

A suave shade of beige referred to as Mushroom then fills out the entire upper, coating the plush suede that forms the forefoot mudguard, the main panel, the collar overlay and the quarter. The over-moulded mesh set into each flank and the bottom of the tongue comes in the same tone, with black fabric placed behind it to accentuate its natural coloration. Black laces tie up over the tongue and are held in place by black TPU lace cages at both the top and bottom. Each of these has nine eyelets pressed into it to offer the wearer a number of lacing options, while the top ones are connected to black structural wings that deliver added support to the flanks. Meanwhile, the top part of the tongue features the same Mushroom tone as the rest of the upper, and a large square patch has been sewn into its center, a glossy Jumpman logo displayed upon it above the word “Flight” in a white handwritten font.

The shoe’s inner material is a soft black fabric that stretches along the walls and over the insole, before making its way to the underside of the tongue as well. A Pale Ivory Jumpman adorns the sockliner, and an Air Jordan label has been sewn into the back of the tongue. Returning to the outer, the central suede overlay that reaches from the shoe’s toe to its heel loops downwards around the back of the foot to accommodate the exaggerated heel panel. This molded piece is black from top to bottom, its upper half shaped like one of the lace cages but with embossed cuboid shapes that can be held on to when pulling the shoe on. Its lower part, meanwhile, hosts an iridescent Jumpman which rises shimmering from its surface to complete this classy Air Jordan 4 colorway.
